The Enneagram
The Enneagram is a personality system that describes nine different personality types. While the MBTI® describes a person's "ideal" personality, the Enneagram describes the ways in which people learn to survive and keep themselves psychologically safe. The nine Enneagram types are designated by numbers. Like the MBTI®, the Enneagram can be a powerful tool for self-understanding. Using the MBTI® and the Enneagram in combination yields a more complete picture of a person than does either one by itself.
