I lead two "Discovering Normal" groups, one on Wednesdays (6:00-7:30 p.m.) and one on Thursdays (7:15-8:45 p.m.). A Saturday morning group will be forming soon. These groups are for women who grew up in families where the emphasis was on meeting the parents' needs rather than on meeting the children's needs, often because of the parents' alcoholism and/or chronic mental or physical illness. Each group meets in 12-week sessions, accepting new members in the first week of a new session.  

The Wednesday group will be open to new members on September 15th; the Thursday group will be open to new members on September 16th.  Please click here if you are interested in joining one of these groups.

I use HushMail for secure email. My HushMail email address is jebeall@hushmail.com. If you send an email, I will generally respond within 2 business days. 

Once I have received the initial paperwork, you are ready to send your first email. Email therapy can be as short or long as you would like.  As I address issues, you may decide you want to go deeper; we can easily do that by continuing with email or even adding chat sessions to the mix.  You are in the driver's seat. If one email gives you the information you need to resolve the presenting problem, that's great! If you find you want more exchanges, that is also an option.

If you do think you want a series of emails, I recommend that you purchase a package of 4 or 8 email exchanges.  My standard rate per exchange is $35.00, but I offer a discount for a package of 4 at $125 or a package of 8 at $240.
